A Retainer fee of 25% of the total balance, Will be required at the time of the booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 30days prior to your event.
Date Changes: Requests must be made in writing at least 75 days before the original event date. Changes are subject to availability and require a new contract.
We offer two types of Photo Booths. LED Inflatable Cube enclosed booth, or our Selfie Booth Open-Air Backdrop Booth.
Both photo booths comfortably fit up to 5-7 guests, but we've seen more squeeze in!
We ask for a space that is min of 12′ x 15′ with a Ceiling height min of 8' for our Photo Booths
All we need is 1-2 110v 15-20amp electrical outlet in close proximity of our Photo Booth.

Sometimes, weather is unpredictable. We recommend you always have an indoor or covered back-up plan for your outdoor event. We will not set up items outside if it looks like the weather will be an issue with temp or rain.

Each guest who takes a photo receives one printed copy of their photo session.
Yes! We upload all event photos to an online gallery for you and your guests to view and download. You can access the gallery anytime at www.grapesnapsphotos.com.”

We will have an Attendant with the booth at all times to help and assist your guest with the booth.
The booth setup takes about 45-90mins to be fully functional so the attendant will arrive prior to the event start time.
(We prefer to setup before your guest arrive.)
The attendant will setup and take down the Photo Booth. Assist guest with the booth and photobook if purchased.
Replenish any supplies as needed and answer any questions.
A $75 per hour fee is added if any down time is needed.
